Keep Your Mind Sharp

Lower Your Stress Level
Take stress levels seriously. Try managing it by focusing on hobbies or activities you find calming, like reading or listening to music. You can also try practicing relaxation techniques, including meditation and breathing exercises.

Help Repair Your Oral Health
Practicing proper oral hygiene and using the right tools are simple ways to improve your oral health. The American Dental Association recommends brushing twice daily for two minutes and flossing daily.
