Reading, Riley and Arithmetic

VITA is very excited to announce that we are planning our first fundraiser, Reading, Riley and Arithmetic, with renowned Grammy award winner and singer, Steve Riley. This event will be held on Friday evening, August 25, 2017, at Warehouse 535 on Garfield Street in Lafayette from 7:00—10:00 p.m. The night will kick off with music from High Performance with Steve Riley. We will be serving delicious local food and a cash bar will be available. In addition, we will have a silent auction and a raffle with lots of exciting items from local vendors. Tickets are only $25 per person, and all proceeds will go directly to VITA. VITA is a non-profit community-based adult literacy agency that makes a tremendous educational impact on the lives of adults and their families in the Acadiana area. Through VITA's programs, we have newly literate adults who enter the workforce, help their children with homework, and become more involved in their communities.
