Bachata Social (Dance Lesson)

For Beginners, No Partner Required, All Ages Welcome. These classes are designed for students to learn the fundamentals of the Modern Style Bachata which has become a huge sensation in Dominican Republic and around the world. The main focus in this course is for the student to build a strong relationship between you, the music and your partner as well as leading and following techniques, enhancing musicality, understanding timing, We focus on the musical timing of the bongo, bass, guitar (requinto) and lyrics. Students will also learn a variety of different Bachata Styles including; Traditional/Dominican Style Footwork, Modern/Urban Partner work with a fusion of the most popular bachata styles from Bachatango to Bachata Guajira and much more. This class will enhance your social dance experience.
