VITA Tutor Training Workshops
VITA needs volunteer tutors to help our adult students reach their educational goals.
VITA (Volunteer Instructors Teaching Adults) is in need of volunteers who wish to help adult students improve their reading, writing, math, and English skills. We have been a part of Acadiana since 1982 and we are able to help our students achieve their educational goals thanks to our wonderful volunteers. We are especially in need of math tutors right now. Tutor Training takes place over two sessions on September 13 and 20 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Please note that both sessions are required.
