Tweens/Teens with Life Choices

Tweens/ Teens with Life Choices is a 2 day program that includes informal discussions on a variety of topics. The class is from 9:00am- 3:30pm on both days. We ask that parents join us at 3:00pm on day 2 so that the instructors and girls can give a short presentation on what was covered during the program. The class addresses important life decisions that every young lady may make and/or have already made. This program is based off of the book, The 6 Most Important Decisions You’ll Ever Make by Sean Covey. Each participant will receive the book and a writing journal for the class. The suggested age range is from 12-14. The program was developed to catch pre-teens and teens attention by using YouTube videos and music that pertains to each topic of discussion. It is also an activity based class so that they are able to use their creativity to draw and prepare skits. Girls are able to express themselves and ask any questions. The program covers the following topics: • School • Friends • Parents • Dating • Addictions • Self- Worth
