Kids Yoga Camp

It's never to early to explore the world of Yoga! The Yoga Garden summer camp invites little minds (ages 5-8) to come discover a positive approach to mindfulness in a supportive, non-competitive enviroment. Children will be enriched in a group setting through artistic and educational activities, mindful meditations, 5-sense exploration, story themed yoga, and unique sounds with everyday musical instruments. This journey will offer all children a sense of mental, physical, and emotional balance and confidence. Scientific and Medical research shows that Yoga helps children: *Develop strong, healthy bodies *Increase focus, concentration, and attention span *Balance emotions and sleep patterns *Cultivate self-esteem * Improve body and breath awareness *Learn self-regulation and calming techniques *Foster creative expression, imagination and problem solving
