Teen Yoga

Teens will experience mental and physical flexibility through the practice of yoga-connecting breath with movement and finding stillness through the practice of meditation. Teen yoga improves general body awareness, boosts self-esteem and confidence, increases mobility and flexibility, builds stronger bones and muscles, develops imagination and creativity, and helps deal with fear and anxiety. *Classes will be held weekly, ending on July 20, 2016. *Pricing - $15 for a Walk-In
