Insomnia—Have you tried everything?

Anyone who has suffered from insomnia knows the agony of being exhausted but unable to fall asleep. If you’ve tried everything you can think of with no relief, maybe there is one thing you haven’t heard of yet.

According to www.mrhealthylife.com, mixing the following ingredients together and ingesting 30 minutes before bed will help you to fall asleep, stay asleep and wake up refreshed.

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

  • ¼ teaspoon of raw honey

  • 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt

The ingredients can be mixed and taken together followed by a glass of water or the salt can be added to water to chase down the coconut oil and honey. The combination gives your body the energy it needs to sustain itself while asleep, reducing sugar spikes and stress hormones.
